Al and Diane,

            I have just finished an eight month session with K. Stevens Westmoreland. After every structure, my own or others, I feel exhilarated. I had experiences that were healing in the present moment of the structure as well as making future experiences much easier to handle. It has made me reexamine how I think and react to life.

            Enrolling as a pivotal person in someone’s’ structure is very powerful as well. You have the opportunity to see, feel and get absorbed in their experience and their healing. Stevie makes you feel as though you are in a safe environment. It is easy to open up and see clearly one’s past and replace it with a healing experience.

            The bond you develop with everyone as a result is amazing. Because you so intimately participate in each others’ structures, you feel as though you are a part of their souls. After all, we all have the same basic needs. The healing is experienced by everyone. As I looked into another clients eyes during his structure and saw joy in his eyes from his new experience of a fathers’ love and support, I felt as though I too felt the joy and healing as well. A truly powerful feeling!

            As a result of these experiences I don’t contemplate the past nearly as often and feel much freer both mentally and spiritually. PBSP has been one of the most emotionally charged moments in my life. I highly recommend PBSP to everyone. It is a life changing process. Watching Stevie respond to every little movement and position of the clients body as it tells her what their feeling and needing is remarkable. It must be wonderful to know you can absolutely help others find true mental health.
