In December of 2004 Don L. attended his first ever Experiential PBSP workshop. It took place in New Hampshire with Albert Pesso leading it. At the end of the workshop Don reported: "I told Al that after a year and a half of chasing alcoholism, borderline personality disorder & co-dependency, I finally found what's really wrong with me. I came in here with a 9 out of 10 - in pain, despair, & hopelessness -- and now I'm ready to get on with my life. I feel a lot better and I'm 'ready to roll'. Al told me to make a sketch of my structure to replay it in my mind [for further benefits]." ... A few weeks later we received several emailed updates and also a 'Thank You' card with his news: "With my first structure, I am overjoyed to report that I now have significantly reduced discomfort (physical and emotional). What a way to start off a New Year! PBSP really works!!" ... "Although some of my discomfort occasionally returns, what a relief it is to know that I can replay the structure in my mind - using PBSP as a powerful 'tool' to self-soothe. Please allow me this opportunity to say how pleasant and wonderful it is dealing with caring professionals like all of you at PBSP!" ... "Warmest Regards and Many Thanks" By the way, Al might be pleased to hear that I applied for a job the other day. I overcame my fears using PBSP! I am so grateful to PBSP for getting me "unstuck" . |
