Step 2.  Review, here below, some general financial guidelines and responsibilities.

General financial guidelines and responsibilities Albert Pesso's current minimum standard day rate for helping professionals and the general public is $1500 (that is for a 6 hour day).  Events which generate greater resources must contract for an increased day rate and/or percentage of funds taken in (for example Albert Pesso's corporate day rate is $4500).  Organizations with fewer funds may contact us for potential arrangements. Experiential and Training workshops typically are composed of two 3 hour sessions. To secure your event's scheduled date(s) a 10 percent deposit is required. Please note that when travel is involved, the event coordinator will be responsible for all Albert Pesso's travel (airline, bus, taxi etc.) and living (room and board) expenses. The coordinator must reserve housing for Albert Pesso beginning the night before the program starts through the last night of the program unless notice from his office is given of other plans. Please note that should Diane Boyden-Pesso accompany Albert Pesso, the Pesso's will pay for her airfare but the coordinator/organization must provide lodging for the married couple.  Events scheduled in Europe while Al Pesso is touring there do not pay directly for airline/rail tickets but instead must provide $75 per day (including 1 day before or after the event) for travel. For other events and ones in the United States, Albert Pesso's office will book and initially pay for standard lowest-cost airline expenses to the event's location.  His office will communicate that amount to the coordinator for reimbursement. Airline/rail/travel reimbursement must be made at least 45 days advance of the program. Also 45 days in advance of the program, an additional 15% deposit is required.  In other words the total payments to have been made by 45 days in advance of an event, is a 25% deposit plus air/rail reimbursement.   For non-Europe events requiring air travel, round trip reimbursement of $130 will be added to cover Albert Pesso's expenses for travel to and from the local airport(s) (either Manchester, NH or Boston, MA).  This fee will be added to the contract and does not need to be paid in advance. All payments from outside the US need to be made in US dollars and either wired to Albert Pesso's account or, by prior agreement, paid in cash to him directly .  If you have any questions, please contact the PBSP office.
